1. Eligibility for Returns

You may return items purchased from www.novel-prime.com under the following conditions:

• The return request is made within 30 days of the delivery date
• The item is unused, unopened, and in original packaging
• The item is not a final sale or non-returnable item
• You have proof of purchase (order number or email confirmation)

2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of some of our products, the following items are non-returnable:

• Opened or used personal care products (e.g., Rose Water once seal is broken)
• Cuticle Scissors or Straight Razors that have been used or show signs of wear
• Gift cards or promotional items

3. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, please follow these steps:

• Email us at admin@novel-prime.com with your order number and reason for return
• Wait for our confirmation and return instructions
• Package the item securely and include your order details
• Ship the product to the return address provided in our confirmation email
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
• Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at admin@novel-prime.com within 7 days of delivery. Include photos of the damage or error then we will replace the item at no additional cost or issue a full refund.

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order.
